Important notes for participants
Reduced participation fees need to be certified with the registration.
Registration fees include all coffee breaks.
You are encouraged to apply for the symposium either online, by e-mail or by fax.
Cancellation must be made via e-mail or via fax (+49) 211/59 35 60 by 24th September 2012. Until then administration charges of 20,- Euro have to be paid.
After that date no refund can be made.
Errors, misprints and typographical errors excepted.

CME-Credits: The International Orbital Symposium Mainz 2012 will be certified as a further education diploma according to the guidelines of the German Medical Association with approximately 12 CME-Credits!
